Bakery

Blue Lotus was a bakery shop back in the 1900s. It was one of the very first shop selling bread and pastries in the Island. It is in 1995, with the increase of tourism that Blue Lotus decided to create rooms for rents located at the second floor of the shop. The owners wanted to offer a simple, yet comfortable place for travelers to stay. Today, the company is still offering fresh daily bread and pastries to their clients. Guests can have a taste of their Filipinos and French breads, especially their famous Pandesal (a typical Filipino bread eaten for breakfast).
